Fine Flour Texture
My favourite part was assembling the tart, especially arranging the apples, which felt so meditative. I really liked how the instructions were laid out, and the afternoon tea at the end was a lovely touch.

Niki R.

I loved sharing the class with my sister and having a good laugh together. The recipe was easy to follow, and I feel confident enough to recreate what I learned at home.

Honor P.

No formalities, just a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere throughout. Gina was a natural host, the setting was beautiful, and it was lovely to meet such wonderful people too.
